退換貨及退款政策（Return & Refund Policy） 客戶如需退換貨，請於收到貨品 7 日內 聯絡我們。 Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. 貨品必須保持全新、未使用及原包裝狀態，否則恕不接受退換。 Items must be unused, in brand new condition, and in their original packaging. 特別訂製或清貨貨品，恕不接受退換。 Customized or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 如因產品有質量問題或送貨錯誤，我們將安排更換或退款。 If the product is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. 退款將於確認後 7–14 個工作天 內處理，並退回至原付款方式。 Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and returned via the original payment method.
